As you know, my newsletter yesterday described a survey that Yahoo! HotJobs is conducting to determine how you–the employers and recruiters who are actually waging the War for the Best Talent–define and look for an “ideal candidate.” Well, in the heat of the short week, we managed to leave out the link to the survey, so it’s in the paragraph that follows.
